What’s inside a Happy Crate?

Each Happy Crate is packed with 4–6 high-quality, fan-approved items — think outfits, accessories, photo cards and collectible merch. Every crate is curated around its theme, so each item is a surprise.

How do I choose my shirt size?

Our shirts are unisex. Compare a shirt that fits you well with the measurements in our size guide, and allow a 1–3 cm difference due to manual measurement.

When will my crate ship, and how do I track it?
  • One-time crates ship within 5–7 days after you order.
  • Delivery usually takes 7–10 business days once shipped.
  • You’ll get a tracking number by email. Need an update? Email support@myhappycrate.com.
Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to most major countries, including the USA*, Canada, the UK, the EU, Australia, Japan, Singapore and more.

*Sorry, we can’t ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Alaska or Armed Forces Pacific because of freight limits.

Can I return or exchange my crate?

Returns follow our Refund Policy. In short: request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing support@myhappycrate.com; items must be unused or unworn, with tags, in their original packaging. The policy notes that sale items and gift cards can’t be returned, and orders shipped to the EU have a 14-day cooling-off period. If anything arrives damaged or wrong, contact us right away.

Can I order more than one crate?

Yes! You can buy as many crates as you’d like — just change the quantity before adding to cart.
