When you purchase the 2024 Advent Calendar + Happy Crate Subscription Gift Set, your first regular crate (January Crate) will be shipped in January 2025, following the subscription schedule. Only the Advent Calendar will arrive on Christmas 2024.

Shipping starts on November 1st and would normally take 7-10 business days on average. Note that it may take a bit longer on some countries due to freight-related delays & restrictions. We ship on a first come first served basis so the earlier you order, the earlier your calendar will be shipped.

Oh how we wish governments would stop charging customs taxes, but unfortunately, that's not within our control. Some countries, not all, have imposed customs taxes and are randomly charged. Due to this, customs and duties charges are of full responsibility of the buyer.
Advent Calendar and My Happy Crate Purchase orders are final sale. Due to the limited availability and customized nature, we are not able to cancel or issue refunds for these at the moment.
My Happy Crate Regular Crates
Our team curates quality merch based on your chosen crate themes and brings together a collection of goods every fan should have! You can expect goods to range from Outfits, accessories, photo cards and a lot of variety of fan merch! If you're a fan or know someone who is, this crates are a must-have! On average, a regular Happy Crate would include 4-6 high quality valuable items in each crate.

Yes, you can definitely subscribe to as many crates as you desire. However, keep in mind that each time you add a crate to your cart, you'll need to fill out a questionnaire regarding your shirt size, preferences, and more for each crate. Please ensure that you complete each questionnaire thoroughly and review your order on the Order Summary page. On this page, you will have the option to modify your orders as needed.
The Regular Happy Crate is $69.95 per crate shipped every 2 months. In total, we ship 6 boxes in a year. Subscribers will be charged $69.95 every 2 months upon renewal.
My Happy Crate subscribers receive the Happy Craters Subscriber VIP discount!
Happy Crate subscriptions require a two-crate commitment. Cancellation occurs after the second crate charge.
- Cancel anytime; subscription stops after the second crate.
- Immediate cancellation if more than two crates received.
- Cancellation prevents next renewal but not previous crates.
No refunds for paid crates. Contact support for assistance via Live Chat or email.
You will be charged immediately upon placing your order. For subscription customers, billing occurs as soon as you sign up. Your renewal will take place around the same date every two
months. For instance, if you subscribe in February 2025, your next billing will be in April 2025.

Please ensure that you fill out each questionnaire thoroughly and take a moment to review your order on the Order Summary page. On that page, you can adjust your orders as needed. If the type of crate that you ordered DOESN'T have a subscription option, your crate will be typically shipped in 5-7 days after you placed your order.
Delivery would normally take 7-10 business days on average after we have shipped your package. Tracking number will be emailed to you once shipped. If you require assistance or want to ask for updated status of your package, kindly email support@myhappycrate.com
