Our team curates quality merch based on your chosen crate themes and brings together a collection of goods every fan should have! You can expect goods to range from Outfits, accessories, photo cards and a lot of variety of fan merch! If you're a fan or know someone who is, this crates are a must-have!
On average, a regular Happy Crate would include 5-7 high quality valuable items in each crate. A Mini Happy Crate will have 3-4 items on average. Either way, you are guaranted happiness in every crate!
The Regular Happy Crate Box measures 9” x 9” x 4"
The Mini Happy Crate measures 9"x6"x4"

This service is not available at the moment. Crates are currently 1 group/crate. However, you may change your crate theme, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for crate theme changes without the need of subscribing to a separate crate. Changes is subject for approval depending on crate not being prepared or shipped yet. If you intend to make changes, please let us know ahead of time, preferrably 5 days before the month of scheduled delivery.
Yes, you absolutely can subscribe to as many crates as you wish. Note that each time you add a crate to cart, you would have to answer a questionnaire (about your shirt size, bias etc) for each of your crates. Please answer each questionnaire completely and review your order list at the Order Summary page. At the order summary page, you will be able to modify your orders as you intend.
The Regular Happy Crate is $69.95 per crate shipped every 2 months. In total, we ship 6 boxes in a year. Subscribers will be charged $69.95 every 2 months upon renewal. Same renewal cycle applies for Mini Happy Crate for $49.95 every 2 months.
My Happy Crate subscribers gets the Happy Craters Subscriber VIP discount!
Yes. Please note that all Happy Crate subscriptions have a 2-crate commitment. This means that if you cancel, your cancellation will take into effect after you get charged for your second crate.
Needless to say, you can still cancel anytime and your subscription will no longer renew after your second crate. If you have received more than 2 crates already, then your cancellation will take effect
Immediately. Note that cancelling will only cancel the next renewal. You will still continue to receive the most recent paid crate and the cancellation will take effect for future crates. Cancellations will not provide a refund for paid boxes.

You will be billed immediately as soon as you place an order.
For subscription customers, you will be billed the moment you sign up. Your renewal will then be on approximately the same date every 2 months. For example, if you subscribe on February 2022 , your renewal will be billed on April 2022.
Happy Crate Delivery Schedule 2022
Depending on the month which you have placed your order, your order will be included in each respective cycle.
If the type of crate that you ordered DOESN'T have a subscription option, your crate will be typically shipped in 7-10 days after you placed your order.

Delivery would normally take 7-10 business days on average after we have shipped your package. Tracking number will be emailed to you once shipped. If you require assistance or want to ask for updated status of your package, kindly email email@example.com. Once we ship your order, you will receive email updates with a tracking number. The K-Advent calendars are only produced in limited quantity and will not come back after they sell out. #limited
Shipping starts on November 1st and would normally take 7-10 business days on average. Note that it may take a bit longer on some countries due to COVID-related restrictions. We ship on a first-come first-served basis so the earlier you order, the earlier your calendar will be shipped. So make sure to pre- order yours early if you want to start your unboxing on December 1st. Meanwhile, you can always catch up and start your unboxing once you receive your Advent Calendar ;)
No. If you order the K-Advent Calendar + Mini Happy Crate Subscription Gift Set AND/OR the K-Advent Calendar + Big Happy Crate Subscription Gift Set, your first regular crate (January Crate) will be shipped on January 2022, following the subscription shippiing schedule. Only the Advent Calendar will be shipped to you prior to Christmas 2021.
K-Advent Calendar and My Happy Crate Purchase orders are final sale. Due to the limited availability and customized nature, we are not able to cancel or issue refunds for these at the moment.
Yes, you can! Just simply ADD the crates to your cart and answer each questionnaire (asks about your bias, shirt size etc.) for each of your chosen crate. Note that you have to finish answering each questionnaire before you are redirected to the order summary page. You can then edit your final orders once you are in the order summary part of the check out page.
In most cases, Yes. Reach out to our support team immediately either by messaging us on our LIVE CHAT in our website or by emailing us (preferred) at email@example.com. We may not be able to modify orders in cases when the order has already been sent to fulfillment and/or already been shipped.

Oh how we wish governments would stop charging customs taxes, but unfortunately, that's not within our control. Some countries, not all, have imposed customs taxes and are randomly charged. Due to this, customs and duties charges are of full responsibility of the buyer.
